Organization: Birambye International was formed to primarily plan and develop integrated sustainable business projects with our Rwandan partner, GSSA. Birambye will also participate, or lead, sustainable development/architecture workshops at any location that serves a community in need. Birambye is based in Denver, Colorado.

Operations
Overall: Birambye is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization that consists of a President, a board of directors and a variety of working committees. These individuals as well as other management team and officers are volunteers at this time. These volunteers commit to spending time each week assisting in Birambye’s mission. There is no paid staff currently.

Management: The affairs of the corporation shall be managed by or under the direction of its board of directors. The number of directors of Birambye International shall be not less than one and not more than twenty, the exact number or Directors to be fixed from time to time by resolution of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is composed of volunteers with an interest in making Birambye a successful non-profit. Board members are invited to join for a variety of reasons and meet monthly to discuss ongoing projects.
